All our liquids undergo a dual steeping process before dispatch. This does not involve microwaves, and we like to keep this "Top Secret". Most juices that are freshly made need a little time to steep or mature, we feel we have found a way to speed this up without effecting the flavour. All our flavours undergo this process, even though fruity flavours require a little less steeping than dessert flavours.
