For the Billow 2, some helpful folks in the Youtube comments have informed me that I'm missing a part that protects the wicks and keeps them in place. I'm now on a hunt for that part :-) I'm quite sure this will make for a much less "Cranky Phil" and will solve my over-tightening, wicks getting messed up when filling, and setting the wick issues. Thanks all & sorry for the confusion.
